Professional Development Services
In-Personal or Virtual PD Services
We offer educational consulting, training, and coaching for schools looking to implement literacy approaches supported by the reading research. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients in the most efficient and effective way possible, which is why we tailor our professional development services to meet each school’s unique challenges.
The instructional content delivered focuses on the five literacy pillars that were identified in the National Reading Panel report. Those areas are:
- Phonemic Awareness
- Phonics
- Fluency
- Vocabulary
- Comprehension Strategies
Training and coaching can be conducted in small groups and/or on an individual basis as determined by need. After working together to identify areas that require training and coaching, we will propose a professional development plan that suits your school’s needs.
Services can be scheduled in the following ways:
- Hourly
- Half Day (3 hours)
- Full Day (6 hours)
- By the project
